ABOUT ELI GARCIA
PERFORMANCE COACH AND PERSONAL TRAINER
I’m Eli Garcia, founder of Garcia Hitting and Performance. I am a certified Performance Enhancement from NASM, hold a Bachelors in Exercise Science, and am currently wrapping up my Masters in Human Sciences while studying for my certified strength and conditioning specialization (CSCS).
My passion lies is connecting my educational background in sports science to real world results. In my career I’ve been able to work with cancer rehabilitation patients to elite level athletes giving me a diverse array of experience. While during my undergraduate studies, I was fortunate enough to research trunk kinematics utilizing motion capture technology (MOCAP).
